The product
Melatonina Rosa Pierpaoli is a food supplement with Microactive Melatonin and plant extracts. The manufacturer describes a two-phase release, initially rapid and then extended. The leaflet identifies the product as gluten-free and naturally lactose-free.
What it does

Ingredients: Hops (Humulus lupulus L.), strobiles, dry extract standardised to 0.4% total flavonoids; microcrystalline cellulose (bulking agent); Microactive Melatonin (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, sodium alginate, microcrystalline cellulose, carnauba wax, melatonin), standardised to 3% melatonin; polyvinyl alcohol, calcium carbonate, polyethylene glycol, talc and E120 (coating agents); black pepper (Piper nigrum L.), fruit, dry extract standardised to 98% piperine; silicon dioxide and magnesium salts of fatty acids (anti-caking agents).
How to take it
The manufacturer recommends 1 tablet in the evening, half an hour before bedtime, preferably between 22:00 and 00:00. Do not exceed the stated daily dose.
Before use
Do not take during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Keep out of reach of children under 3. Use in children and adolescents requires a specialist assessment.
