The free-shipping threshold uses the value of products after discounts, excluding shipping. Available destinations and the total cost are shown at checkout before payment. Prices include applicable VAT.

Preparation and estimated transit times

Orders for available products that are confirmed and paid by 4 pm Italian time on a working day are normally handed to the carrier that day. Later orders, orders placed on public holidays and orders awaiting payment are prepared on the next available working day.

Mainland Italy: approximately 24–48 hours after carrier collection.
Sicily and Sardinia: approximately 48 hours.
Elba and remote areas: approximately 48–72 hours.
Germany and other enabled European destinations: approximately 1–3 working days.

Transit times are estimates and can vary with holidays, carrier conditions and destination. Domestic shipments use GLS; European shipments may use FedEx or DHL. Tracking information is sent to the email address used for the order.

Address and delivery

Check the address, house number, postcode and doorbell name before confirming. To correct an address, email info@bioclock.it promptly. After dispatch, an address change, where possible, costs an additional €8.00; we will inform you before proceeding.

On delivery, check the packaging and number of parcels. For damage or missing products, contact us with your order number and, where possible, photographs of the packaging and contents. Keep material needed for the investigation. These instructions do not limit your statutory rights.

Destinations outside the EU

Destinations that cannot be selected at checkout are not currently available for online orders. Contact customer service for information. For any authorised non-EU shipment, the recipient may owe customs duties and import taxes under the destination country’s rules; any relevant charges are explained in the order conditions.
