Orders, prices and payment

Product characteristics and quantities are described on each product page. Before submitting an order, you can check and correct products, quantities and contact details. Confirming an order creates an obligation to pay; an order summary is sent by email. Keep this confirmation and report any errors promptly.

Prices are in euros and include applicable VAT. Shipping charges and the final total are shown before payment. Cross-border EU VAT is managed through the OSS scheme according to destination and product. The payment methods available are those shown at checkout; cash on delivery is excluded.

If an ordered item is unavailable, we will contact you and refund amounts for items that cannot be supplied. Bio-Clock Srl issues fiscal documents as required by applicable rules.

Shipping and delivery

Conditions, costs and estimated transit times are listed on our shipping page. Unless a different period is agreed, delivery takes place within 30 days of the contract being concluded. Risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer on physical receipt of the goods, except as otherwise provided by law.

Right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer, you may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days after you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, receive the products. For one order delivered in separate shipments, the period starts upon receipt of the last item.

To withdraw, send an unambiguous statement before the deadline to info@bioclock.it, to the certified email bioclock@legalmail.it or by post to the seller’s address. Registered post is not required. Include the order number, products, your name and contact details.

Returning goods and refunds

Return goods to Bio-Clock Srl, Via Johannes Gutenberg, 47, 25020 Poncarale (BS), Italy, within 14 days after notifying us of withdrawal. You bear the direct return shipping costs. Package goods securely; where available, protect the original packaging with an outer box.

We will refund payments received, including standard delivery costs when withdrawing from the entire order, within 14 days of notification. Additional costs for a delivery service more expensive than standard delivery are not refundable. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier. We use the same payment method unless otherwise agreed at no cost to you.

You are responsible only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics and functioning. We do not apply a fixed deduction merely because packaging is damaged.

Exceptions

Withdrawal is excluded in cases provided by law, including goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly and sealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery. An exception applies only when its legal conditions are met; it does not remove rights concerning faulty or non-conforming goods.

Legal guarantee and complaints

Consumers have a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under the Italian Consumer Code. Statutory remedies are available without charge under the applicable conditions: repair or replacement and, where provided by law, a price reduction or termination of the contract. Any manufacturer’s commercial guarantee is additional to statutory rights.

For damaged, incorrect, missing or non-conforming products, email info@bioclock.it with your order number and a description of the problem. Original packaging is not required to exercise the legal guarantee.

Applicable law

Italian law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of habitual residence. Consumer disputes are subject to the jurisdiction required by consumer protection rules; the courts of Brescia have jurisdiction for professional purchases.
