03 · How to take it
The manufacturer's instruction is two tablets per day, taken between meals. Do not exceed the daily amount indicated on the packaging.
04 · Storage and warnings
Do not use during pregnancy. Protect the packaging from light and keep it below 25 °C, out of the reach of children under three years of age. Supplements are not a substitute for a balanced diet, dietary variety, and healthy habits.
