CFU means colony-forming units. The technical information distinguishes these initial amounts from the guaranteed minimum of 16 billion live microorganisms until expiry when stored correctly.
Ingredients: Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; Bacillus coagulans BC4; inulin; fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS); L. rhamnosus LR1; L. acidophilus LA1; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; L. plantarum 14D; Saccharomyces boulardii YSP8; vegetable magnesium stearate.
Directions for use
Take 1–2 capsules daily in the morning before breakfast. One pack provides 20–40 days at the stated dose.
Before use
May contain traces of milk and milk products. Discuss use with a doctor if you are immunocompromised, have a gastrointestinal condition or take medication.
Food supplements do not replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
Keep refrigerated at 2–8 °C, following the pack instructions. The expiry date applies to the product stored correctly in its unopened packaging.

Are they all bacteria?
No. Saccharomyces boulardii is a yeast. The formula also contains Bacillus coagulans and three Lactobacillus strains.
