- Melatonin: helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg shortly before bedtime.
- Zinc: contributes to the normal function of the immune system.
- Zinc and selenium: contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
ProVision Pierpaoli
- Vision: vitamin A and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal vision.
