How to take them

Pierpaoli Melatonin Zinc-Selenium 1 mg
The manufacturer recommends 1 tablet in the evening, half an hour before bedtime, preferably between 10 p.m. and midnight. Do not increase the dose to make up for a missed one.
Formula KKS Algae Pierpaoli
The manufacturer recommends 2 tablets daily, between meals. At this dose, a pack of 60 tablets provides 30 days of use.
