What it does

Ingredients: Purified water; fructose; concentrated apple juice (Malus domestica Borkh., fruit); potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate (preservatives); melatonin; xanthan gum (thickener); flavourings; citric acid (acidifier).
How to take it
Shake well before use. Measure 0.5 ml with the graduated syringe: this provides 1 mg of melatonin. Take in the evening, half an hour before bedtime, preferably between 22:00 and 00:00. Dilute the dose in water or take it directly by mouth. Wash the syringe after every use.
Before use
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not take during pregnancy. Keep out of reach of children under 3. Consult a doctor first for use in children, during breastfeeding, if you take medication or if you have a medical condition.
Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light and heat, at no more than 25 °C. Use within 60 days after opening, as stated in the leaflet.
Food supplements do not replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The manufacturer notes that slight colour differences between batches do not affect product quality.
