Which part of your day would you like to feel better about? A specific question makes it easier to discuss your wishes and the support you may need.

01 · Recognise your circumstances

Ageing varies widely between people. Health and opportunities also depend on physical and social surroundings; not everything is within an individual’s control. The WHO perspective.

02 · Choose suitable movement

03 · Make a plan easy to follow

Choose something you would like to include in your week, such as meeting someone close to you or spending time on an interest. Note when, where and any help you might need. Practical arrangements matter too.

04 · Review without judging yourself

After a few days, consider what felt manageable and what needs adapting. Bring any obstacles and the goals that matter to you to your appointment. Your plan can change with your needs.
