Hair care is built from small, repeated actions: washing, detangling and drying. Making these steps gentler is a practical place to start.
01 · Notice changes
Hair loss may be hereditary or temporary, with causes including stress, illness and iron deficiency. If it concerns you, a doctor can help identify the cause. The NHS guide.
02 · Reduce mechanical stress
Detangle gently, especially when hair is wet. Limit tight hairstyles and intense heat; a wide-tooth comb can reduce pulling. Advice from a dermatology service.
03 · Read the formula, beyond the name
Check the INCI ingredient list and directions. When choosing a shampoo, consider any sensitivity to fragrance or ingredients: “natural” alone does not tell you whether a formula suits your scalp.
04 · The Desylab routine
Desylab strengthening shampoo is a cosmetic for cleansing and caring for hair. Its product page provides the full formula and directions. Follow the application times and instructions on the packaging.
